Hi! I’m Catherine

I am a licensed clinical social worker and pending certified yoga instructor. I have worked with older adults for several decades and am passionate about conscious and intentional aging for myself and others. I invite you to join me as we practice tuning in – to our breath, our bodies, and our hearts. When we practice slowing down and tuning in to what is within us in the present moment, we open to connections, healing and growth. There are resources within and around us – the invitation is to slow down, tune in and receive. On this adventure you are invited to use a lens of curiosity and self-compassion. This path can lead to increased energy, empowerment, noticing the new, and gratitude for the aging journey. I invite you to join me! Scroll down for a brief introductory video and I’ve listed more about my credentials and training below.

Being fully present (using a lens of self-compassion and curiosity) for the changes and transitions in life is the portal to balance, energy, and wellness. This isn’t about giving up and sitting back – it’s about actively caring for ourselves as life flows around and through us.
